2. Delivery Timeline

Consultations: Delivered on the confirmed appointment date.

Digital Reports: Delivered within 1–5 business days after payment.

Courses/Mentorship Access: Granted immediately or within 24 hours of successful payment.

Events & Workshops: Access details are emailed at least 24 hours before the event.

3. Method of Delivery
All services are delivered digitally through:

Website user dashboard (where applicable)

4. Delays
If delays occur, customers will be notified promptly with a revised delivery timeline.

 

DISPUTE & REFUND POLICY

1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be approved only for the following:

Duplicate payment

Payment made in error

Service not delivered within the stated timeline

Technical delivery issues
Refunds are not issued for completed consultations or delivered digital reports.

2. Dispute Resolution Process
Customers should contact support within 48 hours of any issue.

Clear description of the complaint
A response will be provided within 1–3 business days.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

3. Chargebacks
Customers are encouraged to contact World Builderr first before initiating any chargeback to ensure a smooth resolution.

5. Appointment Policies
Rescheduling must be requested at least 12 hours before the session.
Missed appointments without notice are considered delivered and non-refundable.
